Base Services
All packages include up to 30 images (including exteriors), individually retouched and optimized, sized for display on NTREIS and other websites, and delivered via email within 24 hours.
In Dallas County:
- 2500 square feet and below – $75
- 2501-3500 square feet – $110
- 3501 square feet and above – $130
Add $5 for each additional image.
Denton, Collin, Rockwall or Tarrant county, add $25.
Additional Services
- Hi-Resolution images, suitable for print – $5 per image, available on request
- 3 HDR images – $30, must be arranged in advance
- Slidshow of images for YouTube or other online service – $25

Caveats
- All prices include sales tax.
- I will turn on all lights (and turn them off when I leave), but that is the extent of the work I will do. The house must be in show-ready condition.
- I reserve the right to change prices and terms at any time, and to refuse service to anyone.
- I retain copyright to all images, and may use them at any time and for any purpose. Your use is limited to advertising the house until it sells. Further usage may be granted, and I’m willing to discuss terms should you wish to use my photographic work for further purposes.
